Hi guys, keep reading how easy it is to change these belts but cant find a how too guide!
Removal aint a problem as they failed on the move so the belts have removed themselves!
Currently watching a how too on a trans am LS1 on google which is similar.
Any help much appreciated as I need to be at work 1am sunday morning.

15mm socket on the tensioner up the top left, pull it clockwise, remove the belt.

Once thats off, 15mm socket on the bottom air-con pulley/tensioner. Same deal, pull it clockwise and remove the belt.

Take a photo of how the belt runs for reference, as it can be confusing the first time.

The picture below shows a car without power steering or aircon, but the routing is the same.

The belts failed so I have no reference on install as they werent in place when I got to them.
A diagram or photo showing how too install the belts would be ideal.
Do I need to remove anything besides CAI ie radiator hose?

Awesome pic is what I needed thanks.

You will probably have to remove the CAI, but you should be able to work the belts around the radiator hoses.

That pic was awesome its on!

Dont have a pic of the AC belt fitted by any chance?

I bet the AC belt has to go on first right? just like me to have to do things twice.

I don't, but theres no tricks to it. Runs between the two pulleys and on the balancer behind the main belt.

lol think of the practice you're getting, you'll be able to do them in your sleep ! Always take a photo or draw how the belt is weaved through the pullies futurels1, it will save you much research time.

Just check the tensioner mounting bolts while yer there as well :)

Don't they put a diagram in the owners manual anymore?
