Hi I have a Walkinshaw CAI on my VE ute and want to buy a new filter. It looks like a K&N of some sort but I can't see a part number on it.
Anyone have the part number and maybe know a place that stocks them in Sydney?
Cheers

If its a K&N why do you need to buy a new one.. They are washable.

Just called local spare parts. Cleaning kit is $40.
If a whole new filter was $60 I would have just got one to save the mucking around.

Not too much mucking around pal, remove filter, spray, rinse, dry, spray, re-fit. Recharge kit will last longer than your car I'd almost guarantee

If cleaning a filter is to hard for you than don't bother using a K&N. Stick to paper..

make sure it's completely dry (naturally of course) before you oil it!

I gave it some help with a fan. The fabric dried pretty quickly, I guess it was an hour or so.
The filter does not look like it would enjoy compressed air!
