Depends which model

VTII - 250kw
VX - 255kw
VY - 260kw
VYII - 285kw

The rear wheel HP, as a rough guide is roughly the same as the flywheel KW.

Way way way too many variables.

On a VY my guess 190 to 210rwkw???

Agree as a good approximation, but for those who prefer power readings in kw then to convert 1kw = 3/4hp.

VTII - 250kw at flywheel so 250rwhp = 187.5rwkw
VX - 255kw at flywheel so 255rwhp = 191.25rwkw
VY - 260kw at flywheel so 260rwhp = 195rwkw
VYII - 285kw at flywheel so 285rwhp = 210rwkw

You're not happy with that result? Sounds about right to me.

Given variations in dynos I agree with wikky. That's about on the money for a 260fwkw car, especially given the autos suck more power than manuals.

My clubby made 250rwhp on the dyno it's a auto not happy

Manuals usually make a little more as they suffer less drivetrain loss

However, as previously mentioned

Flywheel kW approx. = Rear wheel hp

So given the fact you made 250rwhp (Flywheel approx. 250kW) I'd say it's on the money

Future reference, 1kW = 1.34hp

Having said that, my VY II SS M6 with an otrcai (MAF, no tune) and cat back exhaust only made 171rwkw (Flywheel approx. 230kW?) Go figure

Cheers,

Millsy

Dynos are a tuning tool. Not point in comparing them, unless every car is run on the same dyno on the same day. And even then, there can be big differences.
