As far as i know, they will. Apparently all LS1/LS2/LS3/L98 etc engines use the same extractors, providing the are for the correct series of commodore (EG VT-VZ or VE)

The Holden VZ and HSVZ's all have the cats up close to the xhaust manifolds so to fit earlier or long style extractors will require moving the cats and O2 sensors of which the LS2 has 4, 2 before the cats (the ones that actually do the emissions thing) and 2 after the cats (the ones that tell the ECU if the front ones are doing their job properly.
Sureflow do a 1 3/4 shorty extractor that doesn't require relocating the cats or O2's, this is what I have fitted to my Z LS2.

Can I ask what you think of the Surefow shorties? I have done a bit of research on these and they look pretty good. Much improvement in sound/power over standard?

I'm more than happy with them.
Ive got the 1 3/4" x 3" outlet shorties fitted and also fitted 3" in/out cats to match the extractors and the HSV Z 3' secondaries.
Also never had any problems with engine light as the O2's are in their original positions.
I did have to replace one front O2 that stripped when removing it from the original exhaust.
