Proper gear ratio for F/I

Hey fellas, Just wondering what would be a suitable diff ratio in a top mount supercharged ls1 car. I have 3.9 gears but would 3.46 be better. I think turbo applications like taller gears to help the turbo "load up", but does this also apply for a top mount set up, and is it different for a centrifical set up again?............Cheers.

I've got 3.9's and a 4500 stall, will be very "interesting" once my PD blower goes on!
3.45's and a near stock converter will be much friendlier on the street but my combo should be near perfect for the strip. Maybe 3.73's, depending on the revs crossing the line... Might run out of puff in 3rd, will certainly be very close to 7,000RPM according to the Morosso
