Hey guys. Been thinking about scissor doors for the ute. Anyone done this? did a search and didnt find anything. Any help on the topic would be great. cheers.

I think you will find that most members here are very "conservative" in mods of this type. Try google, I'm sure there are kits available.

There was a thread a while back on this, and let's just say, people weren't exactly pumped about the whole idea.
At the very least you'll open up an insurance nightmare doing this "mod".

not a huge fan of scissor doors in general let alone on a ssv ute. my 2c

Yeah definetly not a fan, scissor doors and suicide doors would not look good on any ute, i think the only thing they suit are 2 door coupes and even then it it only suits certain vehicles

I personally lose respect for cars with scissor doors, but I've always been a fan of suicide doors.

Lambo's did have them back in the day of the Contach and that's where the name stemed from and to me the most prestigious of all the Lambo's :):)
