Have you checked that it hasnt developed a leak somewhere like at the flanges where the catback bolts on ?

Go to an Exhaust place and get them to add a couple of hot dog's on it, that should reduce the sound a little.

Xforce is Australia's Best performance exhaust on the market, and the most refined, and deepest sound of any system available. I would go to a twin 3'' they are even better than the twin 2.5''.

noob question, but whats the difference between 3" and 2.5" besides sound and size?

A 3" cat back is more suited to engines that have modifications (cam, blower ect.) and require greater airflow. If you have stock internals and arent planning any major performance upgrade in the future your best bet would be to stick to a 2 1/2".

Check your mufflers and cats arent damaged and like GTS918 said take it to a shop and get some hotdogs put on this should quite it down and make a cleaner crisper note - or upgarde to a full stainless system and never look back like i did

If it's only been on 3 months wouldn't you be covered by their warranty???

sounds like some leaks, either at welds or flanges. on first start-up stick head under neath and see if any moisture is spitting out.

Is it an auto? The XForce on my old VX was loud as hell! the mounting bolts on the auto used to shake loose and resonate through the car.

Oh, my VX used to set off car alarms when I'd start it!

I have a twin 3" on my VZ clubby... way too loud. Doesn't sound good... just loud.

I'm switching to a manta twin 2.5" in the near future and turfing the xforce.

If you're looking for a loud system then xforce is an option, if you want it to sound good then look elsewhere.

If you want loud just pull the exhaust off... Save yourself $500.
