VE Calais V puddle lamps

I recently noticed that my VE Calais V 07 is fitted with "puddle lamps" They have worked once and Im not sure how to keep them on every time the door is opened. Is this something i need to do in the customise options menu or... Could be a newb thing but thought if anyone was to know, they would be on here. Any info would be fantastic.:headbang:

they only come on when you unlock the car
with the lights turned to on in the custom menu for unlock

I dunno why, but everytime I get the car serviced they always disable my settings including the lights on on unlock and mirror dip in reverse. I assume they flash the BCM, just wish they'd keep the damn settings. I forget the settings, but would be quicker to read your handbook (I know, how un-man like).
