hey guys,
would like some opinions on whether to paint the rims gloss black, leave them or chrome colour similar to the APS stickers.

I think either satin black or gunmetal grey would look good against the voodoo colour.

Satin black only if you're going black IMO

They look perfect as they are. Save your money and spend it on a bee sting aerial.

No to chrome, or gloss black, if you can't resist go satin. What about just a blue lip?

Well I painted my rims not to long ago and ended up painting them mattblack,ill let you be the judge imo I love how they look and its something different.

I think black wheels is the latest fashion and will date your ute eventually

if you cant afford chrome
leave them
you only paint them black if you don't want to wash them or you don't want to see them when the car is in motion :)

Satin is about half way between Matt and Gloss.
Shadow Chrome would look nice with the body colour but it's an expensive paint process being multilayer (around $200 per wheel)
The Matt Bullets don't look too bad, would like to see them Satin.

OP; I don't think It would suit your ute.
I've wondered about doing this with mine.
My wheels aren't in the best condition.
