As the title states what are the smallest tyres for a set of 20 x10 rims (on back). Had a set fitted to my vz as the shop said they would fit no problem. Rims look fantastic. Only problem is they made them fit after much stuffing around with 255 tyres with a load rating of 92. Guards have not been rolled but am willing to do whatever it takes to the to make them fit. Tyres look like they are stretched across the rim. I also have "Tein" coilovers if that makes a difference

Any sugestion who to take it to on the Gold Coast or Brisbane to make this work

Cheers Chris

255 on a 10" rim must be a massive stretch. I wouldn't imagine running under a 275 on a 10" would look or ride any good. I'm about to run 275's on 9.5" rims.

Was supose to be 275 but ??? offset was way off to what I was told. The dish in the rim is massive and looks real old school which is what I was after but the fit is really shit. Can I get these to fit with a 265 or 275 tyre ??? with just mods to the wheel arch???

255 shouldn't be fitted to a rim any wider than 9.5". 265 is just ok on a 10" rim. Have you got 5+mm clearance?

No mate not really. Will get guards rolled and see where I'm at. Will be contacting tyre shop about putting 255 on 10" rims. Didn't think it was right. They admitted they made a mistake with the offset and I think this was there attempt to cover it up.

Cheers Chris

Easiest option is to tell the wheel joint to jamb it and buy a rim with the correct offset.
Depending how low you want the car, a 275 is a tight fit, and a 10" rim really needs a 275 section tyre.
