Other Information:

My car is now for sale. Tough decision as this car has been my baby for the past few years. Whilst I absolutely love this car, new work circumstances require I get a ute and the rex just isnt suitable and is too nice to use as a work car.

It has been meticulously maintained by Subaru specialists around Melbourne, I have ensured the car has been serviced religiously. The car is in great condition with a few tasteful aftermarket goodies and is a pleasure to drive, its tight and smooth. It comes with all service books and the main 100km service has been done.

The car doesnt get thrashed, Im an older driver who has owned 5 of these and it will be sad to see it go. The car is pretty much as I bought it, havent modified it all. Whoever will buy it will enjoy it as I have. It hasnt missed a beat. I would consider swapping for a VZ SS ute.

SPECS:

Under the hood:
- Upgraded top mount intercooler
- APS plumb-back blow-off valve
- APS 65mm cold air intake in the guard
- Strut Brace
- Oil Catch Can
- Eboost 2 Electronic Boost Controller
- AVO Tune
(All work was done at AVO)

Exhaust:
- 3 inch exhaust all the way, has a nice rumble but not the big cannon out the back, nice and tasteful muffler.

Clutch combo:
- Stock clutch, might still be the original.

Brakes:
- RB74 pads up front
- RDA pads up the back, both recently changed.

Suspension:
- Stock struts (rears have been replaced recently to get rid of subarus faulty knocking noise)
- H&R Lowered springs - Has a nice stance but not low enough to scrape or attact attention.
- Whiteline front and rear swaybars
- Front and Rear strut brace

Wheels/Tyres:
- Stock rims and Continental tyres with plenty of tread

Interior:
- Brant alarm system (no problems with it, love it - I must be the only one)
- Parrot LCD bluetooth car kit, mounted near the shifter and all wired through the stereo. Crystal clear sound, this alone was $400
- Custom painted dash facia and air con rings to get rid of the cheap silver look and its now gloss black which adds a touch of luxury to the usual drab subaru interior.
- Custom mounted phone holder just to the left of the steering wheel. Its currently setup for an Iphone 4 but can be easily changed to any phone for $5 which u can get off ebay. This is a great spot and the phone can be seen easily and I use it as my GPS as well.
- Standard cruise control
- STI Stainless Steel Shifter Trim adds to the gloss black ambience
- Rear plastic boot liner (cant get these from Subaru anymore, very handy as it keeps the back of the car clean)

Stereo:
- The car came with a small neat stereo system, its got a Pioneer head unit with the iphone integration
- Front Pioneer speakers, not sure if anything has been changed in the back
- 12" Sub
- 2 amps, 1 kicker to run the speakers and 1 monoblock to run the amp, all with proper wiring and a bit of sound deadning in the doors and boot.

The stereo is not over the top but at the same time improves the stock sound dramatically.

Exterior:
- The outside of the car is in very very good condition for a car this age. The bonnet is the only place that has a blemish where some fool put a box on it and dragged it. Otherwise its clean all around.
- STI rear spoiler, this changes the back of the car dramatically and gives it a more purposeful look than a bare rear end as they come out here in Australia. Its only slight but is effective.
- Tinted windows
- Slimline roof racks
- Clear indicators

Performance:

A dyno sheet came with the car from AVO for 174kw ATW. It hasnt seen a dyno since then.

NOTES:
Eboost 2 Electronic Boost Controller is custom mounted in the aircont vent and is hard to spot for obvious reasons. It has 3 settings: below stock boost, stock boost and 3 psi above stock boost. The controller has been set to below stock boost everytime you start the car. This is how it came and I have no idea how to reprogram it, so most of the time Im driving around on 7psi. The car gets driven like a grandpa anyway.

No time wasters price is fairly firm but may take a close offer.

Pictures:

Ive got a lot of pics, but cant put them here because of my post count. Just go to carsales and type my rego in and the car will come up.
