Ok - Im have to remove the std inner stubs that were installed in my 4:11 locker, and replace them with the Geforce ones - here is the problem - how do they come out
We have dropped the shafts off and tried levering them out - no good
Dropped the rear cover off to see if that shed any light on it - no good
WTF is there a secret to getting the suckers out?
Cheers

Assuming they're the same as standard ones they need to be knocked out. Try loosely attaching a drive shaft and use it like a slide hammer.
Inner or outer? Your inners are BMR.
The inners just pop out, you just need to give it enough pressure to pull it past the circlip on the end of the stub. A small bar behind the axle with a quick whack from your hand should do it.

Unless the circlip has broken bound and then it's all fun and games

The spool is new, never driven
Car has been pushed on and off hoist 3 or 4 times
We have tried a crowbar behind each inner, but they refuse to budge!!
Its doing my head in:flipoff:

They should take very little effort to pop out mate, I usually use an 8" prybar to pop mine. Sounds like you may have another issue there to investigate. Let us know the outcome!

QUICK AND DIRTY:
Longer bolts and lots of moly grease. Put 2 metal blocks behind the stub and against the face of the diff and rattle the bolts through the stub against the blocks. Slowly alternating between the 2 to keep even square pressure on it. One at a time and it will push the stub out.
Seen this problem plenty of time with some mini spooled diffs ive used. They have a very sharp edge where they cut the groove for the circlip. It gets caught and bound up and ends up breaking the circlip.

Thank you for the solution
actually had to break the end off the old stub
Bloody clips were square ffs
ensured new clips were circular and new stubs are easily removed now
cheers
