Have you tried asking Harrop?
Umm apart from that try giving Girch a call at LSX Tuning I know he has fitted a lot of these blowers and may be able to point you in the right direction

yes spoke to harrop standard answer
send it to us we have the SPECIAL TOOLS
no other info

but just for a leaky seal on the in put shaft ?
if was shure how the hub came off the shaft i could replace it my self as that's all that's wrong
AND i think it will be an on going thing so i don't want to have to spend $300
on fright and $600 for a seal change and have the Ute off the road for two weeks as its my DD Evey time it leaks i would have thought you would get more then 20,000k out of a seal ??
I'm wondering if the gear box gets pressurised from the rotor side and then blows the front seal
maybe it needs a double lip seal
i can see how the pulley comes off with the 4 Allen head bolts

but it looks like the hub is just pressed on

There is a special type of puller that will support the pulley that you can get otherwise just use a 3 legged puller and be careful not to bend the pulley. From there maybe use a pick to remove the seal and replace. Could be a number of reasons why it leaked and I wouldn't come to the conclusion that it will always happen as could have been one of those things.
Make sure you clean where the seal goes spotless.

Bob, mine is leaking also on my 2300 but I am sending it back. I think they usually remove the whole rear casing from the blower to check the shaft. The oil they use is a special synthetic oil and you cannot use anything alse. Dont mix oils either as you will cause big problems.

Bob, mine is warranty and it has been leaking for 3 months that I know of. Harrops service has been excellent. I have never pulled one apart but harrop are saying the whole rear case has to be removed. Kens business is Precision Defined so you may be able to track him down. I will have a look.

Bob, I cant see the viewing glass in the photos. There is a plug and from what I was told the level should be 5mm below the hole at the lowest safe level. I also tried to have a look at ls1gto and my IP address is banned. I must be a gangster.

no it just a black plug
after i got it out

THIS is interesting

A recall has been identified for this issue. You need to call your local Maguson dealer and talk to them. Sorry for the delayed response. Do not attempt to fix this yourself. Maguson will fix it for you.

Am I correct in saying that the tvs 1900 tvs2300 actual blower is the same as the htv 1900 2300 actual blower. Only the drive shaft and manifolds are different? If there is a recall on magnuson should there be a recall from Harrop? My other question is there must be an inner seal or seals going into the rotors as well as the rear seal. Has anyone had these leak?

yes the tvs / htv /roush / edelbrock are all Eaton head units with the same internal parts

just different manifolds and external drive shafts , the inner drive shaft that the seal runs on and leaks are the same
$500 for the shaft unit with / 1 seal /and 2 bearings
i have my old one back from harrop
there are other seals and bearings on the other side of the gear train on rhe rotor side
