Hi Birdo, it looks like they have not updated their part number for their fitting instructions because the PH 5367 is an update of the old PH 5357 header to allow for the inclusion of 02 pick up points in the header.
From the Pacemaker website -
http://pacemaker.com.au/FittingInstructionPDF/PH%205357.pdf
http://pacemaker.com.au/FittingInstructionPDF/PH%205361.pdf
And yes the PH 5367 is much easier to fit than the all of the other 4 into 1 designs because you have to drop the rack clear and remove and replace the fire wall brackets to slide the headers in where as the tri-Y is designed to be split in half and placed in from the top. The only thing you need to do is unbolt the shaft from the rack. The only exception from memory is the VZ where Holden placed the ABS unit. I think that this makes the procedure a little more difficult though.
The PH 5357 / 5367 is the oldest and one of the most proven headers for fitment, performance and durability ever designed for the VT-VZ imho.

When i fitted mine i removed the firewall bracket. Wasnt impossible with it in situe, but used less swear words with it gone.
