What oil do you recommend/use for the VE 6l? I've currently got some Wynns fully synthetic 10/40w in which my mechanic in Melbourne used to use - now that I am in Adelaide I probably need to choose it myself.
I don't flog my car every two seconds and it's at 60,000kms so any suggestions would be appreciated.
