Hey guys,
Finally found a company that can modify rims to suit my car and for a decent price. I'm planning on running 275x40x17 MT radial and need the best offset without rolling the guards. I have two options either 17x10 or 17x9 which would fit better I think. Suspension is stock besides ssl springs. Need help?

I assume this is for the rear,
You can run 10" wide in +57 and have no scrubbing issues.
If you want to roll guards and modify the bumper bracket you can get down to +35
Anything below +45 on stock guards will rub.
If your talking about the front,
You can run +48 and have no scrubbing issues.
You can go down to +24 if you want to roll guards and modify bumper bracket..

I use an 8 inch rim with a 5.5 inch backspace Rocket however they do just touch, would not work on yours with the ssl springs.

thanks guys,
would it be safer going 17x9 as I dont want something to rub at 110mph. would 17x9 with a 48 offset be ok or would a 50+ offset be better.
