Hi All,
We recently bought an 04 X5 4.4l V8 and Im looking for someone in perth who has experience making it actually sound like a V8.
Most of my calls have been redirected as they dont really know whats required. Im only after a catback or similar.
Can you guys recommend anyone in Perth, preferably NoR?
Cheers

Can only recommend Don @ PEC (Perth Exhaust Centre), only one that has (and will) do any Exhaust work for me.

Prestige Exhausts & Mufflers in malaga. Can do custom stuff and do alot of hot rods etc so im sure they could sort you out. I know of a few ppl that have used them and I was going to use them but never got around to it lol.

The Remus off the shelf catbacks for the X5 sound good, no drone. Custom ones are easy for an X5 so don't get ripped.

the mrs has a 03 model. found it hard to get a muffler that still allowed 2 tips out either side so we left the rear stock mufflers and removed the front single muffler (dual in, dual out) and fitted 2 small hot dogs in there. sounds pretty good, not too loud just enough to make it sound a little more like a V8. get's a rumble up when accelerating but cruising at 100 is dead quiet. and all for about $150
