hi guys

i picked up a 3.27 diff for my wm on thursday and im looking to fit it up soon. just wanted to know if anyone has some info on this job. i have picked up a super pro diff mount bush kit to install at the same time and was probly going to do the seals at the same time just to be certin its all good.

so has anyone got a guide to doing this job. maybe the torque values the bolts need to be done up to.

any help/advice would be great

cheers
david

Don't recommend doing the pinion seal unless it's leaking or high km's.

thanks wonky, ill see what else comes in but it is a start. the main thing i was after was what i had to torque everything up to, im sure we would figure out how to get it in/out eventually.

im not sure which are the pinion seals, but when i picked this up off dus he said while the diff is out its a good idea to change the seals where the drive shafts go in as they are just a pop in/out setup. not too sure on this, its all hands on learning for me. same as around xmas when i lower it

Not an easy job, and time consuming but common sense. I put the diff in for a check and see, it was a write off once we pulled the seals. Turned fine, looked okay, but lebbo dealing so got burnt. I almost fitted it before having it looked at - a near miss!

Now if only I can get Craft Diffs to pull their finger out and fix it (been like six months - bl00dy hopeless).
