Hey guys just got a new alloy VCM OTR intake for my VX SS
and I'm having trouble closing bonnet when fitted.

I have cut out the top raised section of the fan cover thats sitting over
the top part of the radiator but still not going down far enough to close the bonnet.

Do i need to move the air condencor back or forword as well? Anyone that know's or has fitted one could i please have the info on how to fit one.

I would call vcm but being the weekend i wanted to get in done before the start
of the week.

Would be a big help!

Cheers.

Simply get a rubber hammer or even just a normal hammer but be gentle and knock the width of the otrcia of the top layer of the condensor down just one row, the condensor fins just fold over.
I have the exact same otr on my VX SS.

either do what kevin says or just bend it forward by hand, though some bend it back, i recon it fits easier with it bent fwd that's what I did with mine anyway.

cheers,

Gav

Thanks guys, ended up hammering the air condensor down 2 rows to make it fit. All good.

there is 2 rubbers under the condenser and 2 under the radiator just cut 5mm off the radiator and 5 to 10mm off the condenser
