How long to get validated

How long after the mods get emailed does it take to be validated? A couple of mates emailed 3 or 4 days ago but i've heard no news??

Usually fairly quick, but depends on how busy the mods are.

Did you really mean email? :confused: If so I suspect that won't work as anyone can fudge an email address and pretend to be someone else. The proper way to get someone validated is using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page.

It's also extremely important to make sure the people nominating you spell your forum name letter perfect (including any - or _ etc) because there are so many users on here with almost identical names that if there is a spelling mistake the mods just haven't got the time to try to figure out which one of the other possibilities it was really meant to be and possibly validate the wrong person.

You were validated today - AFTER - the nominations were read. Push too hard and you can revert to where you were....:vpo:
