Lagging Power Windows

Got a vx calais and the power windows have been playing up
its not as quick as it use too
how can i fix this problem?

Open them up suss out?
Is it all 4 or just one?

take your door trims off and spray the slides and runners with silicone spray

edit: you might be able to spray the spray down the slides without taking the trim off
