Can any one tell me if these at good

Yes the stock LS2/LS3/LS6 springs are yellow.

As said stock are yellow, the 243 are a good budget upgrade over the std ls1 heads. While they are off get them cleaned up, shave a bit off them to bump you comp up a little and put some new seals and springs in.
