Yeah they fit same as your VT calipers, hub rings for discs and of course wheels big enough for them to fit under. But you'll need a VT+ master cylinder to supply fluid to all the pistons, I just brought a cheap booster and master cylinder from a VT and had a bracket very similar to the VR bracket made.

With VS's you may not need to change your master and booster.
The HSV calipers, both the 2 pot C5 and the 4 pot Harrop or AP calipers use much smaller pistons than the Holden 2 pot calipers as fitted to VT-VZ holdens so there for you don't neccessarily need the bigger master.
VS and VT masters use the same bolt pattern which is different to the earlier VB-VR commodores as it is on an angle
I had HSV brakes on my old VS and had no problems using the standard VS (7/8") master with them but you can fit the VT (1") master straight to the VS booster using a 10mm spacer between the master and booster.
Race Brakes in sydney sell the spacers or you could make one out of some 10mm plate steel or aluminium, shown at the bottom of the following site page.

btw I tried using the VT master but the pedal had no travel at all which made the brakes very touchy and preferred the feel of the VS master.

Most of the investigation I did showed that to make them work best (even with stock VT calipers) you needed the full VT Booster and fast fill Master cylinder, I spoke to Race Brakes and they actually sell the full conversion but due to price I did my own which works equally as good as the system in my VZ clubby, both cars running the VZ 4 pot AP's front and rear. The hole in the rod for the booster that goes onto the brake pedal needs to be measured and redrilled the same from the inside of the firewall to the pedal pin as the stock VS booster rod to have the correct pedal travel and feel.

A bit of stuffing around but definitely worth it.

If you are fitting the rear 4 pots to the VS you will require an adapter kit for the discs as they use a different hand brake set up, Can't remember what exactly was different but I think longer wheel studs were required as well when we fitted them to a VN wagon. On the wagon we used the VT master and booster from Race brakes and it all worked really well

hrtHSV I hear what you are saying but with stock VT calipers you definitely need the VT master as the pistons are 44mm from memory but the VT-VZ HSV 2 pot caliper pistons are only 40mm and VS GTS calipers are 38mm hence why VS HSV commodores never had an upgrade master available and wasn't needed and why the later HSV calipers don't need a bigger master either.
btw the VS master is also a fast fill style master like the VT just smaller 7/8" v 1" where as the earlier masters in any size are not fast fill.
This should be the same when using either Harrop or AP 4 pot calipers as there pistons are even smaller again.
I know the Harrops work fine with the VS master as like you I did plenty of research and talked with a guy near me who had Harrops on his VS Calais with the std master and (plastic) booster.
I also did a little trial and error, like fitting a whole VT master and booster with modified fire wall bracket but didn't like the extra sensitive pedal it gave.
As I said with the std VS master and front HSV VT performance brakes and VN GrpA rear brakes I never had a problem stopping my wagon.
