billet race shifter

My shifter in Vx is slightly leaking again, does anyone know what the install procedure is and do u use gasket or not ? Silicone? Or does anyone have standard shifter they want to get rid of

Found out what was wrong, the gasket that was on there was not needed just blue sealant!
