Validation has no bearing on the viewing of photos. Is there any chance you have changed your Email address since being validated?

Simon

EDIT: It looks like you have never been validated, so that won't be stopping you seeing images.

how do u become validated??

you need someone already validated to nominate you and then it needs to seconded by another validated member

I cannot see some pics either.

Is there any benefit in becoming a validated member?

The only pics you can't see are those people have erroneously used the incorrect method for posting on, a method which was only meant to be used for "The Garage" section which I believe has not yet been implemented. If people post their photos correctly i.e. using Photobucket everybody can see them. I believe in the very early days of the forum there were distinct advantages to being validated as apparently there were some pretty wild cruises etc for which details were posted in validated only sections so their existence wasn't common knowledge for every Tom/Dick/Harry/cop to see, but in the 7 yrs I've been validated I've only seen one such thread and that wasn't recent.

For me the main advantage is being allowed 80 PMs (which I often get close to!).
