I am looking at getting a MY10 Series 1 Commodore however I cannot find any information on the Audio setup and how it may work with my Android phone.
Does it support USB or Bluetooth audio streaming at all? Failing that about iPod support?
Negative on all counts. 3.5mm aux in is all you will do. While your at it change all the speakers too shocking sound.

Load up 6 cd's as an MP3 Cd so you end up with 90ish songs per cd. Was all I could do

We like to relive the old days and use CD's...

I have installed the JHP reverse camera into my MY10, works great, depending on the camera you choose. For audio, currently I am not using any ipod input, however the reverse camera has audio and video from the Iphone if you purchase the special plug and play adapter etc, only movies etc... and the iphone is not controlled via the headunit. However they also have a plug in device where the iPhone/iPod IS controlled by the steering wheel etc.....
www.jhp.com.au I am sure that it would be available from other sources as well..

This is what I've done but I think I've got nearly 120 songs per CD at 192 kbps quality... Hmmm.... can't remember as it's been so long

I have dvds play instead in the overhead dvd player. each dvd has about 800 mp3 songs.

I guess If I want a commodore I'll have to get the series 2 but it really limits the options at the moment! Not many of them around for less than 30k

They all have AUX input though right? I wonder if that'll do...

They all have the 3.5mm socket that you could use but only you can decide if that will do. If sound quality is the issue your better off using cd's anyway.

JHP www.jhp.com.au advertise in Motor Mag. They have upgrades etc for VE Audio. Give them a call.

The sound through the 3.5mm socket is rubbish
