Ls1 coversion into HK ute

Im into the early stages of planning for a carby fed Ls1/t350 conversion into my HK ute , the ute is currently regod and requires major surgery in the front end to bring it up to where i want it. The ute has a vk power rack in it already and the tunnel is cut out so no dramas with clearence of transmission as i will mould it around the new box, i think t350 will fit anyway?? have already looked at castle rod shop for some parts ????
Any information regading this retro fit would be great. Cant post pics yet as im a new member .. stay tuned...
