Hi All,
Does anyone have or can take some pictures of their OEM Crewman SS Dual Exhaust from the cats back mainly the centre muffler and its positioning to the drive shaft and the rear setup.
Got my hands on a Crewman dual ehaust for the Cross 8 anything is better than what I currently got.
Looks like it will fit but I think the Crewman hangs lower than the Cross 8 for the twin pipes to clear and this may or may or maynot present a problem.
Cheers

I fitted the exhaust up last night it all fitted perfect well almost.
Seems the hangers for the rear muffler are a out a little bit so the tips are hanging slightly low.
The centre muffler hangers are out by a mile, yet the exhaust is supposed to be off a crewman.
All the aftermarket exhausts I looked at use the same part numbers for both Crewman and Cross 8 so I assumed the hangers would be the same, so I rang holden and they have no record of a Crewman coming out with a Dual exhaust ???
I have attched some pictures so if anyone can shed some light on this exhaust that would be great, it uses the same rear muffler as the Cross 8 and it is a dual 2.25 with Walker Resonators up front.
Cheers

Hey Chocco
The new system looks way better than stock. Looks like nice after market cats, which is the main problem with the stock system.
I installed a 3" single that follows the same path as your system on my VZ Crewman. There are a few pics in posts #13 to #22 of my ride thread here http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.php?154261-Greg-s-Ultimate-VZ-Crewman-SS-(to-be) Hopefully something there is helpful.
My advice is to just chop & re-weld the hangers. Even my Crewman specific brand new system had hanger misalignment at the rear. Either move the hangers or rig up a way to support the exhaust - or get a shop to do the work.
