Does the series I 2007 WM Caprice come standard with FE1 FE1.5 or FE2 Suspension???

I have a set of lowered FE2 springs that I am going to put into my caprice I was told that the rears were lowered 50mm from standard hight and the fronts were lowered 40mm from standard hight, So I am just trying to figure out how low the car is going to be...Thanks Heres a pic of how it is now:
