i have plans for something similar, i can rent a commerical unit with 266sqm for 18k a year and it's only 10km's from home.

If everything goes well in the next few months i might post a few pictures once me and few mates move in.

Amazing that the guy could build a brand/culture like that. I'm sure most of the 'members' could easily afford a cool mancave at their homes. I guess there's a social aspect about it all.
