The Holden Special Vehicle Board of Management in conjunction with Tom Walkinshaw Racing group have appointed former Chief Engineer Phil Harding as the new Managing Director for Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) effective August 4, 2008. He replaces HSV CEO Scott Grant who left the company after 14 months in his role to pursue other career opportunities. The announcement was made by Dr. Jack Rolsetrn, executive vice president of sales & marketing for HSV in Clayton, Victoria, to whom Harding will report.
In his new role, Harding will have overall responsibility for the HSV brand in Australia, New Zealand and England. He will lead HSV’s more than 1,200 employees and 116 dealers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Harding’s most recent post was vice president of marketing for HSV with overall responsibility for marketing communications, market research and product management of the HSV brand in the Asia Pacific region.
Harding began his automotive career in 1991 as executive assistant to the president and CEO of Holden Australia. From there, Harding moved to Detroit, USA and joined a small team tasked with the development, manufacturing and launch of the Chevrolet Volt, the first American mass-produced electric hybrid vehicle.
In the interim, before returning to HSV here in Australia, Harding served as director of marketing for debis Financial Services (later Daimler Financial Services) and then held key positions in retail and e-business consultancies. He also served as principal for The Richards Group, one of the largest independent full-service advertising agencies in the U.S. before joining HSV in his current position.
Harding has a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Southern Queensland where he graduated with honors. He is an Army Reserve Cadet and serves as volunteer lifeguard at Lorne Beach, Victoria.Harding and his family live in Beaumaris, Victoria.

You're right, if he's doing it for a Teriary course, i'd better give him the reference for use in his paper.

I think you will find that the information provided is inaccurate.
I would be checking the info before including it in an assignment.

Surely any student would confirm accuracy of information before believing what was written on a website by the public
*cough*wikipedia*cough*
Then again, maybe my interpretation of study is different to that of someone who finds it easier to start a thread asking for the CEO's name and business address of a company, which I am doing an assignment on. Are we needing to spoon feed people any more these days?
Anyway. All the answers were correct and in my post.
Old mate just needs to sort out the wheat from the chaff

Seedy, you are a very humorous man who has, obviously to some, used some creative license in your response.
Whilst I share your sentiments, unfortunately not every has the foresight to check information gathered from dubious digital sources.
Many would be googling "wheat from chaff"!
