Ok so I have spent the last hour reading through old posts/searches. And it didnt help much.
What Im after is a pillar pod mount. 2 gauges preffered.
I want to get a boost gauge (supercharged).
From my research I have only found 1 a pillar mount. and its a VBW part number SW-2PMVTVY. But I can not find any pics of it.
I realize that these may or may not be legal.
Im not interested in somthing tacky looking. I will get custom gauge faces and needles made to match my blue HSV GTO ones. I will also cover the pillar in the same material so it looks stock.

Just went and took a couple of happy snaps in the dark with the cheap and cheerful camera.

That is the same part that you are quoting. I bought it from VPW as well. It is black plastic in the packet, so if you have a series 2 VX, its all win baby.
I just used a rattle pack of paint that I bought as a spur of the moment thing, so the silver didn't quite match up with the grey of the interior. Couldn't be bothered trying to fix it.
Used to run a little cup holder thing in the corner which was really good and out of the way

I still waiting 4 VPW to reply to my email about a gauge price, but I already have a hole in my pillar from the radar unit(ex chaser)so one of these would be ideal although I didn't see one of these pillar mounts on the website-I better look again

Autometer gauges in painted cups do the job, the steering wheels is blocking the second gauge. Never had and trouble from the police with them either.

Yeh not a huge fan of the cup style. It does look neat but I really want to make it look standard.
Im thinking if I can get away with 1 gauge would be neater. But getting one gauge to show the boost and everything else aswell is that possible?
Or maybe I just get a boost gauge and leave it at that.

Part number is correct, but to my knowledge these are no longer available, though they may be able to order in.

Ok BIG QUESTION I guess.....
Is the A pillar the same on sedan and coupe? Im thinking of getting a sedan a pillar mould and mpodifying it to have a pod or two. and keeping the original. But will the sedan one fit?

The a pillar mould goes all the way to the rear of the car. I'd be shocked if a sedan and coupe one were interchangeable

Yes but isnt it just the Rear window thats different? I thought the whole front of the car to 75% of the front doors on the coupe was the same. it changed from there?
