I think people get too worked up about the conspiracy side of things, "the man" is not interested in "you" as a direct case basis. Who cares if they know what you have been looking up and where you go, or the things you enjoy. I just dont see what it is people will think big enterprise and the government will do with such information.

I am not really worried about the conspiracy side of things I don't reckon many people are. How many people do you know that stopped using Google when they hear something untoward? However it is interesting how these business operate as compared to what they show as their public profile. Business is about making $$$ otherwise no one would be in the game and information is what they need to make it.

The only thing I worry about, is the fact that I never bought shares in any of these big computer related companies that everyone scoffed at when they started....
