Holy crap!! AMS 'Alpha' GTR produces 820kw on pump petrol and 1118kw (1423Nm torque) on 116 octane race fuel!! Not bad for 4 litres :cool:

Fark- mean looking ride,as the author said-so much can go wrong at that speed
Bad enuf running hard at night out west worrying about kangaroos and wombats,but doing over 300 click's-no thanks

They have to get that thing on Top Gear next season. Blow the doors off a Veyron at 1/10 the price.

just watching Top Gear-testing a bog standard GTR up against a new Jag coupe,no contest really- still very impressive compared to the thread car
The Stig did the test circuit in 1min.17.? which was also faster than a Veyron

That is a nice car indeed. How that car did not end up all sorts of wrong is beyond me.

In the Temora 1000 thread where martin D posted a pic of the Pillatus GTR. This gtr is running the same gear and is turning some very impressive numbers "detuned" Im sure he will see this thread and will add to the info, because it is definatly a beast of a car after seeing it first hand
