VE Aux Jack not working properly...Common?

Gday guys n gals

The front aux jack in my 08VESS isnt working properly.....you have to twist and move the jack in and out and sometimes it conects but sounds shit....is this a common issue or am i the lucky one?

and is it possible to play music via phone or tablet with bluetooth? they will connect but it wont play anything

I had this problem in my VE, Cheap cables were the worst and more expensive ones did work better but was still not the greatest and would fuzz abit or have low sound then jump to high sound and so forth so I gave up trying to use it.

works better than mine, cant fit it anywhere near under car :-(

You can use RCA inputs and the rear aux, I thought there were some kits available on eBay to use these inputs although some Googling will also show you some other jobs.

I assume it's available on the non-LCD versions too.
