Hi Guys,
im new to the ls1 forums but was previously was on streetwagons with my old vy international.
bought the ute about 12 months ago after needing a ute for work and after some persuading or parents to allow me to get a v8..currently still on my p plates
when i bought it it was lowered and had about 65000 on the clock. raised it back to original height as it was bottoming out alot and with heavy tools and towing a ski boat was not practical.
recently i just did some small mods with the ramjet cai, pcm tune and really wanted a sunroof.
ill get some photos up soon!

i got the sunroof done at prestige sunroofs in burwood melbourne holden deals with them a lot. its got a roller sun shade inside but i never really use it and its a webasto sunroof.
havnt had any issues with it the only things that annoys me a bit, which ive got to fix is when its cool the glass on the rubber makes a bit of a annoying noise. But i was told that armor all on the rubber should fix it and stop the glass from sticking. when its fully popped u have to have the drivers window down a bit to prevent the wind noise on your ears. no water leaks and has a few years warranty

Havnt been on here for a while thought i would update to where the ute at and will have to get some photos and video up,
sold the ssz wheels that were on it as wasnt very happy with them from the previous owner, very scratched... ended up buying vz hsv r8 wheels which look great.
managed to track down a chrome bonnet strip off the vz calais from holden, they told me it was the last one they had and were no longer making them. had to make my own bracket up for it though as they longer sell them either apparently.
have also since taken the exhaust off that i had running and the original cats off the car and now have a full system with extractors, high flow cats, twin 3" both sides and rear hot dogs.. cant get over the sound is amazing.
selling a 3" lukey catback if anyone is intersted just let me no
