H & R springs with bilstein shock measurments ?

Hi trying to find measurements on h & R springs on a ve ute , not sure if i want to go king , h & r or robinson spring with the bilstein shocks ....

My sedan has stock suspension and is 410mm at the front and back. Looks like Eibach for the Ute are "370 mm - 375 mm Front and Rear"
