Guys

I seem to have no ends of problems with my S3 connecting to the iq system in the clubby.

Some days it connects no problems. Other days, it won't connect. Other days if battery on my phone is low it won't connect even though Bluetooth on phone is on.

Then most times if it hasn't connected on initial entry in car I try and connect and it simply won't. Some times it connects but doesn't upload contact profile or somethin else it calls it.

Its very frustrating. It's like if you don't let it fully connect before touching anything else in the car, you're in for a world of trouble.

Cheers

I've had a similar problem with an S2.

Re-booting the phone always cures it.

I don't have an IQ (series 1 VE) but turning the phone on and off seems to fix most of my issues in my wagon or work vehicles. Same goes with iPhone, android or old budget Nokia's.

Make sure your power saving mode doesn't turn Bluetooth off for you, that might be part of your problem...

I have found that with both of my Android devices (and a few others over time) that they work best when they are rebooted daily. I had a problem with both Holden IQ and the Series 1 VE Bluetooth just last week, I had connection but I couldn't talk to or hear the person on the phone. Once again the Bluetooth was fixed with a reboot of the phone.

Had the same issue with my Desire. Reboots worked at the time.....

no problems with my S2 with either my previous S1 SSv
or my current SII SSv wagon (and I cannot remember the last time the phone got rebooted :) )
