Tortion bar bolt snapped

Hey just wanted to get some advice on how to twist a tortion bar back around so I can put the new bolt in. It's for a 1995 Holden rodeo 2wd. Tried searching couldn't find anything.

I have tried to use the jack with the wheel off the ground to spin it back into its cradle but no luck just lifts the ute up

Any help appreciated
