2003 VY Series II SS 5.7L Gen III V8, Automatic
December 2003 build and originally sold new through Sunco Holden on The Sunshine Coast.
I am the 2nd owner since new and have owned it since May 2005. This would be the most highly factory optioned and best condition VY SS on the market at the moment. The car has been babied and pampered for all of it's life and has never been in an accident.
Full logbooks and complete service history and all receipts for the last 7 years. Car is always garaged and well maintained with no smoking or eating in it.
Original "Redhot" paint always kept clean and waxed and in overall excellent condition. Paint is as smooth as glass. Rare factory fitted (not dealer fitted) options including climate control, full red leather interior and fully automatic tilt/slide sunroof. Sunroof works faultlessly and does not leak. Leather interior is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or holes. Leather steering wheel and gear lever boot. All original glass in the car, however the windscreen was replaced approx 12 months ago due to a stone chip.
The car is largely original and unmodified aside from having a MAFless tune performed by Powertorque Engines in Brisbane. Dyno tuned @ 296 rear wheel HP. Original intake pipe and MAF sensor will be provided with the car. 2.5" CAT-back exhaust with factory looking dual chrome outlets. Exhaust gives a lovely note and is not loud and has zero cabin drone.
Original 18" SS wheels in quite good condition although they do have some minor gutter rash. Near new 235/45/18 Pirelli P Zero Nero Tyres with 90% tread. Original spare still in boot and only used once. Odometer shows 190,000kms but vehicle presents and runs like it's only a year or two old. Comes with Roadworthy & QLD rego until February 2013. All inspections welcome. Custom number plates not included.
