Hi guys,
I got a problem with my vx sedan, I had orders do a full wheel alignment couple of weeks ago, as I've had a very slight pull to the left, which is still there now I have adjustable caster rod bushes in set to standard, had no left or right settings just a general setting when I installed.
Anyway yesterday I had my wheels balance and swapped front to back, and now I have my car pulling go the right when you accelerate, which as soon as you back off it pulls back to the left, the car feels like the rear is loose and delayed in responding to my steering movements, and have noticed under some normal cornering for intersection while slowing, I've had my abs kick in on a rear tyre, which maybe part of the problem. Need help to find out the problem before going away next week.

I'd be checking the important bushes in the rear end - trailing arm inner bushes, etc.

If the bushes are reamed but aligned without being inspected, it'd be pretty easy for this to happen.

how do i check these?

I had pedder do a suspension check at the same time, only thing the mentioned needed
X member mounts fail - bush is starting to crack
lateral arm lower fail - Rec camber, toe bushes
trailing arm lower fail - Rec camber, toe bushes
toe arm fail

camber bushes they said failed , and recommended their camber kit as I'll get more "adjustment out of it" but the full camber kit I have in is still ok, just their is better...nice selling point.

well I've just jacked my car up, and had a look, looks like my right hand side adjustable outside camber bush isnt tight, the spring washer is done up tight, like my left hand side one is. will be going back to pedders tomorrow and ask them to fix it asap

update got it fixed the outer bush was loose and put my toe-in out by 8.3mm they checked it all again and gave me my before and after readings, and they seem to think my right side control arm might have a bit of sag or is slightly bent, which he said is a common thing in these commodores, even a good kerb tap can do it.
So may look at a vx series 2 onwards rear assembly and get the toe link setup in the back
