hi mate from my research they seem to be a good budget head!!! main advantage is the 70cc or 71cc chamber that gives around 9.6/7 to 1 comp with stock gaskets!!! they seem to flow quite well stock !!! better on a 6.0l 4inch bore of course !!!! like all gm heads its the deck thickness that becomes the problem compared to aftermarket afr/trickflow/higgins etc with there thick decks !!! comes down to budget /boost levels / hp levels etc !!! you probably new all this but anyway!!!! for what its worth i went a set of higgins ls7 style 6 bolt heads with a .0850 thick deck, ported /setup for turbo application !!!! cheers

Thanks Bud, can always rely on your input.

Yeah got all that covered the decrease in comp is a bonus. The one i have purchased is CNC'd larger valves and has all the Gary good gear spent onto it. They are fresh from the head shop but as he is now going bigger cubes hes moving to another head.

The flow numbers are up there with AFR230 CNC'ed. The car is making over 1000 and no back pressure issues; struggling to see a fault with the outcome.
Feedback is guys have had these to 24.5 psi and not pushing water, good tuner is obviously a must.......

No one running these heads with any feedback?
