Since I first bought my ve ssv manual I've always had to put my foot on the clutch to start the car... If I ever did try start it without putting foot it wouldn't crank

And just then, hoped in the car and it started without my foot on the clutch... Tryed 3 times and starts without any clutch engadgement..

Is this a problem or bad at all?

clutch switch might be stuffed. maybe see if your cruise control still works as it may think your clutch is in and wont engage.

Has the car been in to any workshops since you last tried, i.e: for a mafless tune? Because that safety feature can be disabled.

Not since September since I had my cam installed... An the feature worked because in mornings I warm my car up and forget to engaged the clutch sometimes...

Cruise shouldn't be affected as they will have two switches on the clutch with cruise control!

Are you getting any faults on your cluster window?

Nah nothing at all... Like it never started once at all without the foot on the clutch and all day today can start it without... Like doesn't bother me just a bit weird and it's a good safety feature

Best get it checked out or scanned as it should not happen!
