So first up, I'm a rider and this is BS!
The news articles, or however the information presented draws upon inconclusive evidence, basing some of the information oon previous events (speeding tickets etc.), and because of this most crashes are the riders fault.
The research also discovered that nine out of 10 killed riders had traffic records. Some had been charged multiple times for reckless driving, drink-driving and speeding.
I would like to see some actual big data analytics on this, including car accidents and so on.
