Are the Zeitronix units generally the go for us with Holdens running E85? as they seem to pop up in all searches I've made online.

Also where and how are you guys installing your displays.
How easy/hard to install.
Is the price in the link the going price or is there a better deal else where.

you can order direct from zeitronix but the flex sensor is on backorder. I will upload some pics of the installs in my vy and ve. just bare in mind that ls1 ecu doesn't support on the fly flex fuel.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
It will be for my Vf and Im hoping to use an old autocal to keep 3 tunes ie..98 full tank,98/E85 mix, E85 full tank? Is that feasible or just
go for 2 tunes only. Just want to make sure that after its tuned that if i do lean on her hard there wont be any issues. Also with the autocal it is
locked into my now sold VE can I buy the credit (if needed) and use another tuner to load up the tunes.Currently its loaded with oztracks.
cheers.

autocal unit is locked to the tuner, so unlucky unless you go back to original tuner.
i would think the new vf would have support for "flex fuel" straight from the factory?
anyway if it doesnt, it's not that hard to put a sensor inline to the fuel rail, cost will depend on type of hose & fittings etc you use.

Would be very surprised if it's not Factory E-85 ready, either with a real Sensor or using a Virtual one!

yeah shes able to run e85 straight from the factory but im guessing
its going to be a conservative factory tune, where as i want the most out
of 98 and e85 so imguessing dual tunes may be the go? i could be way
off so correct me if im wrong.
sent from new phone so hope its not all gibberish

Talk to APS Luis, you should be able to tune it to take advantage of the E-85 AND whatever Petrol you use then the ECU can take into account any mixture of the 2 and adjust accordingly! :)
You don't really need to know what's in there other than the day it's Tuned ad the EFI Live Dongle can readout the %.

Just get the thing tuned properly using the current flex-fuel tables. Sure, the factory tune will be fairly soft, but there is plenty of room to move.
The stock OS will use the sensor to gauge the correct blend of fuel and automatically blend the required tables between ULP and E85, so there is no need for multiple tunes. To be honest, with the VF, you'd be better off getting a scan gauge and tuning the car with EFILive ( preserves the VVE if going MAFless so your scangauge will still work properly ). You can then read the ECM's measured fuel blend as well as most other ECM / TCM parameters.
If you don't want the real time display, you should be able to set up the Autocal as a Black Box Logger and just log the car. I'm pretty sure it's a one vehicle only job when it comes to tuning though. However, there is a V2 for sale in the classified...... Bigger, Better, Stronger.... well maybe not stronger.

Does anyone know the part numbers for a flex sensor to put into a S1 Ve that doesn't already have it. Also does anybody know whether the dual tables like you say with efilive can be done with HpTuners?
