Ive fitted a second bosch 044 pump & now the fuse melts within 20 minutes. Currently running one relay with 30 amp wire/fuse. Can anyone post up images of their setup or suggest how it should be done

When I had two 44,s, I had two separate relays with there own fuse and power / earths. Only common link was the switch wire.

I run a pair of AEM Pump drivers, this way you can PWM them at low RPM and stage the pumps so there's no pressure spikes, A cheaper alternative would be use the stock relay and fuse to control the switch side of a pair of 30A relays with their own dedicated 4mm with from a good source (Batt or Starter post)

I melted a bunch of inline fuses on my setup.
Turned out that the gauge of the wiring leading to it was too small. Just happened that it melted the inline housing/fuse.

Replaced wiring with thick stuff and haven't had a problem since

2 x 12 gauge power wire direct from battery to 25 amp fuse to 30 amp relay, 3mm trigger wire off factory pump power split to both relays

i have been running one 30amp fuse holder and i would have to replace it after 6 months or so cause it would melt.
The auto elect told me even though the fuse holder is rated at 30amps the pins inside arnt so it melts.
I've just changed over to a 100amp fuse holder with a 30amp fuse, so far so good.
