ECU wiring Harness combo question

Hey guys Ive bought a 304 T700 auto combo to go into a project of mine. After doing some research ive come up with that my wiring harness is a VS auto harness according to part number GM92051181 and the ECU is a VR Auto according to #16205078. Now my question is, is this a feasible combo? as ive found that written in small writing on the side of my ECU and ECU plugs on the loom is written "bad" which has me a little worried so im trying to track down a new loom and ECU and was just wondering if I should look for the same or something different?
