Hi all,
I am looking to sell this 1973 HQ Kingswood.
It is an all matching numbers original Kingswood.
I have had the car checked for Victorian RWC and it needs 2 tyres only!
It is a 173 High Comp engine with 3 on the tree manual and drum brakes. The engine is the original to the car.
The colour is Orchid Metallic and is the original colour to the car.
The car is a 2 owner and was with the last owner who was 92 years old. He was no longer able to push in the clutch (its a bit of a monster) and parked it a few years back.
The car has some history around it and has seen paint over the years but there is places where the patina is coming through.
It is a good honest car and would make a great starter or project car.
It runs and starts like a new car and brakes like a 1973 Kingswood!
I am looking to swap for another car or for cash ... or a bit of both!
Ideally I would like to see $8000 for it but I am open to offers if I am too high. I would like to swap for an older car but will consider newer cars as well. I am not interested in a motorcycle for a swap.
The car is based in Rowville in Victoria and I would be happy to assist with freight or pickup/delivery interstate. Its the kind of car that could be driven home if you were that way inclined!
