VZ Wipers

Does anyone know if its possible to change the wiper setup on a VZ.

For e.g I would like a variable intermittent speed instead of the 1 time delay, basically the same as my VE.

What model VZ?
Thought it was factory in the higher end models but you'd require a BCM change.

My Y GTS has speed variable wipers so the berlina/Calais type models should have it

Yep BCM change to a High or LUX does it.

So I would need to get a later model BCM then get Holden to set that up with their tech tool yeah ??

Then get a new wiper stork with variable speed.

Yep that's it, not so much a later model BCM just a higher spec on from the same year!

Can't remember if I had to get new Key Fobs as well....

I'd say so. Can't reprogram your keys and I don't think they can match the new bcm to your old keys. Starts making it a pricey 'upgrade'

Yep couldn't remember if it was when I did the BCM or the new PIM that I had to get Fobs as well but I think it was the BCM...

Other thing with the LUX BCM is you get speed sensitive Wipers as well ;)

Dunno if this helps, you might already know this, but through the menu on ignition startup, you can vary it with road speed. I can do it on my 06 VZ Exec.

I guess its a start :)
