Performance shops - why have email!

Anyone else having troubles with part and performance shops responding to emails.

Out of 4 places I have emailed last week, I am yet to receive a response.

Well I have always been of the opinion if you really want something from a performance shop it is best to call them.....

I have found you get no response from many business, not just performance shops.

In 2014 a business that doesn't respond to emails is either:

a: So damn bust they're not going to be able to help you.
b: Disorganised.... so not responding to your email is possibly a good indication of the quality of service you'll get from them in general.
